Research Interest

Her research interests focus on applied biotechnology and innovative fermentation technologies, particularly in the production of wine and beer.

Key areas include:

Low-temperature and room temperature fermentation processes for wine and beer

Enhancement of food quality and nutritional value through biotechnological processing

Cost reduction and energy efficiency in alcohol production industries

Use of biocatalysts and novel fermentation processes

Development and scale-up of starter cultures for wine, beer, and other alcoholic bever.

Scale-up and innovation in alcoholic beverage production.

She maintains active international collaborations with Chemistry and Biology educators at the European School of Luxembourg, engaging with partners from various countries.
