The UNESCO Chair on Green Innovation and Circular Economy took part in the Researchers’ Night of the National Technical University of Athens on 25 September 2026 — an event that opens the University’s research work to the public.

The Chair presented its research and training activities to a large number of visitors, with a notably strong presence of school students, university students and industry professionals.

The event provided a meaningful opportunity for dialogue and for the dissemination of knowledge on green innovation, the circular economy and sustainable development.

The Chair operates at the National Technical University of Athens, with a remit covering research, education and the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of the green transition and sustainable development. Its activities continue with the 5th cycle of the NTUA Centre for Lifelong Learning training programme on green business transition, with applications open until 14 October.
