The release of a Special Issue of the International Scientific Journal “ENERGIES” on the topic “Techno-Economic Analysis and Optimization for Energy Systems” has been completed after intensive work. The issue includes, after evaluation by independent reviewers, 13 scientific papers addressing significant scientific aspects of energy system optimization. The authors are specialized scientists from around the world.

The UNESCO Chair on Green Innovation and Circular Economy of NTUA contributed as the Chairholder, Professor Konstantinos Aravossis and Dr. Eleni Strantzali were the Guest Editors of this Special Issue. In fact, the Chair celebrated another success, as Dr. Eleni Strantzali, was recently appointed as an Assistant Professor at the University of West Attica.
