In this context:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1286\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1n52ac5\" data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1192\"><strong data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1136\">Treated wastewater<\/strong> can significantly contribute to <strong data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1189\">irrigation needs<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v9ae5t\" data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1286\"><strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1212\">Sewage sludge<\/strong> can be utilized for <strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1254\">energy production<\/strong>, enhancing resource efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1357\">The study also identifies important <strong data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1345\">policy priorities<\/strong>, such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1604\">\n<li data-section-id=\"aijmql\" data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1475\"><strong data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1442\">Administrative restructuring of Municipal Water and Sewerage Utilities (DEYAs)<\/strong> to achieve economies of scale,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1n6j1nf\" data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1604\">Promotion of <strong data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1529\">Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)<\/strong> for infrastructure operation and energy upgrading of treatment facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1667\">Wastewater management emerges as a <strong data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1660\">critical sector<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1822\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xurmcd\" data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1714\">the <strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1711\">sustainability of water resources<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"a2rjhb\" data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1757\">the <strong data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1750\">resilience of the economy<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"rozyuq\" data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1822\">the transition towards a <strong data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1821\">truly circular development model<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may watch the full presentation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=7NaJJdQuTdM\">here<\/a><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6259a69 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6259a69\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f995a9d\" data-id=\"f995a9d\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8cfcbf7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"8cfcbf7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<style>\/*! elementor -
