Aravossis<\/strong>, presented in his introductory remarks the Roadmap developed by the Chair in cooperation with CluBE. The Roadmap outlines a <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"879\">systemic strategy with 32 action pillars<\/strong> aimed at transforming Greece into a <strong data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"964\">hub of excellence for sustainable bioeconomy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1159\">In his address, the Professor emphasized that the bioeconomy represents a <strong data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1077\">horizontal development pathway<\/strong>, requiring institutional alignment, investment readiness, and policy consistency.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1392\">The panel discussion featured <strong data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1216\">Konstantina Kottaridi<\/strong> (Professor, University of Piraeus), <strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1270\">Nikos Damatis<\/strong> (ITA Group, President of HELLABIOM), and <strong data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1327\">Mary Atzemi<\/strong> (Break Even Consulting), moderated by <strong data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1383\">Ioannis Fallas<\/strong> (CluBE).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1639\">\ud83d\udd39 A second event was organized on <strong data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1478\">\u201cWater Scarcity: From Diagnosis to Solutions\u201d<\/strong>, in collaboration with <strong data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1513\">EnviNow<\/strong>, a team of environmentally engaged students and young graduates coordinated by <strong data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1615\">Christos Kalantzis<\/strong>, a member of the Chair.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1904\">In his opening remarks, Professor Arabatzis highlighted <strong data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1756\">water scarcity as a structural sustainability challenge<\/strong>, stressing that the key response lies in <strong data-start=\"1798\" data-end=\"1813\">water reuse<\/strong>, combined with digital tools, technological solutions, and integrated economic management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"2127\">Within this context, the Professor also presented key findings from the Chair\u2019s recent study conducted for <strong data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2026\">diaNEOsis<\/strong>, entitled <strong data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2127\">\u201cWastewater Management in Greece: Current Situation, Challenges and Policy Proposals.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2129\" data-end=\"2147\">The study records:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2374\">\n<li data-section-id=\"19p25fs\" data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2207\">\n<p data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2207\">the current state of wastewater treatment infrastructure,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x9l8rz\" data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2251\">\n<p data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2251\">existing institutional and economic gaps,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4fhdm5\" data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2374\">\n<p data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2374\">and proposes specific policy interventions to strengthen <strong data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2373\">water reuse and the circular management of water resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p Goliopoulos<\/strong> (President, PEDMEDE), moderated by <strong data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2721\">Katerina Tsopanoglou<\/strong> (envinow.gr).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2939\"><strong data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2755\">Verde.Tec 2026<\/strong> reaffirmed the role of the <strong data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2858\">UNESCO Chair of NTUA as a bridge
